Finding a Healthy Relationship After Divorce

You didn't marry the wrong man.
You married the same man in a different body.

Does This Sound Like You?

You're successful, capable & confident in so many areas of life, but relationships make you question yourself.

You wonder whether your standards are too high...or if you've actually been settling for too little.

You don't fully trust your own judgment anymore.

You're afraid of wasting another five or ten years with the wrong person.

Meet the Founder, Lisa Tickel

Hi, I’m Lisa. After my own divorce, I kept ending up with the same kind of man, so I did the work to understand why. Now I help women over 40 do the same.

This Is What We Do

This isn't about jumping into another relationship and hoping for the best. This is about understanding why you keep choosing the people you choose, so that next time, you're not holding your breath, you're choosing from a place that finally is solid.

Why you keep ending up in the same place

We'll look at the experiences, beliefs and relationship patterns that shaped you so you can finally connect the dots and understand why you've kept ending up in the same place.

What you actually want...after years of never being asked

After years of making things work and putting other people first, you may not even know what you want anymore. We'll get clear on your needs, boundaries, standards and what you're no longer willing to repeat.

What healthy actually feels like

If unhealthy relationships have felt normal for a long time, healthy can actually feel unfamiliar. We'll look at what consistency, respect, emotional safety and mutual effort actually look like...so you'll know the difference.

What The Program Includes

FAQ's

Do I need to be ready to date to join this program?

Absolutely not. In fact, this program isn't about getting you back out there as quickly as possible. This is your time to focus on yourself first so when you do decide to date again, you're doing it from a different place.

What if I don't trust myself to choose the right person anymore?

This is one of the biggest reasons women come into this work. You may trust yourself with your career, family and a hundred other decisions, but relationships make you question everything. We'll look at what was underneath those past choices so you can understand yourself better and stop constantly second-guessing what you see, feel and know.

What if I don't even know what I want anymore?

You'd be surprised how common this is. After years of taking care of everyone else, you may not have spent much time asking yourself what you actually want. A big part of this work is getting clear on your needs, your standards and the kind of life and relationship you want now.

What if I don't think I have unresolved trauma?

That’s okay. You don’t have to call it trauma for this work to be valuable. Maybe you just know something has always felt a little off in your relationships. We're not here to put a label on your past...we're looking at what shaped you and whether it's still affecting the choices you make today.

How is this different from therapy?

I'm not a therapist and this program isn't about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. This mentorship is focused on understanding your relationship experiences, recognizing what you don't want to repeat, getting clear on what you need and learning what healthy relationships actually look like.
